Race Day Preparation

Remember to hydrate properly for our tropical climate, especially a few days before the race.  This means some kind of electrolyte replacement drink and not just water.

Race Day Prep: Powerade, water and GU energy cells will be provided on course.
Course Limits: Race cutoff is 7.5 hours after the start of the marathon (1 PM)
All participants are responsible for knowing their race course.

Course Limits

Race cutoff is 7 hours after the start of the Marathon.  This allows enough time for a trained participant to complete the course, even if you plan to walk some.  After this time the course will be re-opened to traffic and aid stations will be closed after the last participant passes or 1:00PM. Some close as early as 11:00AM.

Race Day Start Times – Saturday, June 21, 2025

  • Marathon: 5:30AM
  • Half Marathon: 6:00AM
  • 5K: 6:45AM
  • Quarter Marathon: 7:00AM
