Race Crew Volunteers: We need you!

Race Crew volunteers are needed to assist at aid stations, the Health & Fitness Fair, and offer support to the spectators & participants at the start and finish line. All race crew volunteers will receive an official event race crew t-shirt, great memories and a guarantee of having fun. Volunteer solo as a family or group! If your group is eight or more, please email us your contact information, group size & name and dates available.

Our operational needs vary from a few hours to a full day and we have a time that will work for you! Complimentary snacks and beverages are provided to race crew volunteers at the finish line and during the Health & Fitness Fair. Race Crew Volunteer Registration

Race Crew Area descriptions

Aid Station
Hand out water, electrolyte, GU and cheer for the runners.

Logistics
Assist with organizing distribution of supplies.

Race Set Up/Tear Down
Assist with setting out road closure signs a week ahead of event. Sets out mile/kilometer signs, cones, etc. Follows the last runner and closes down Aid Stations, picks up participants that need a ride back to the finish line, etc.

Registration
Assist with late registration, race bibs, race packets and participant t-shirts at the Health & Fitness Fair on Saturday. Distribute race numbers and race packets on Race Day (4:30 am start).

Medical / First Aid
Assist participants & spectators who need medical attention

Course Marshal
Assists on-course to direct participants and ensure safety

Timing Assistant
Assist JTL Timing with race timing at the finish line.

Finish Line
Place medals on runners. Direct runners and manage restricted area access. Assist runners to medical tent if needed and assist with takedown of finish line area.
